UNISYSTEM DIGIT3
It’s an electronic equipment with microprocessor logic designed and developed for:
- Automatic monitoring of concentration and temperature of both acid and alkaline products, aimed to the treatment of metal and plastic surfaces, used in plants with spray system, immersion and CIP.
DIGIT3 uses, for the detection of concentration and temperature values, the exclusive Probe Unitek Multicod, completely in stainless steel 316.
The high reliability, resistance and self-cleaning, make it particularly suitable for heavy industrial use.
The hardware and software have been designed and developed to allow an extremely simplified use and programming, offering several control functions:
- Automatic calibration of concentration curves
- Automatic management of TK/°C
- 4 different units of measurement: %, P, g/l, µS, mS
- 8 sets for work setting and high and low alarms limit
- 9 timer of functions control
- 4 different languages: IT, EN, FR, ES
- 1 USB port, RJ port for Modbus connection
- Dimensions: 96×96 mm
- Power source: 24V ac
DIGIT3 mounted in COMBY electric panel, allows the following functions:
- On/Off selector
- Ring and flashing light alarms
- Silence-alarm button
- Selector with 3 positions: manual/0/ automatic dosing pump
- Light indicator on/off dosing pump
- Dimensions : 340 L x 400 H x 300 P mm
- Power source: 230 V- 50/60 Hz
